FY 2022 AGENCY ANNUAL PLAN DRAFT

The New Reidsville Housing Authority is in process of revising its Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Plan for submission to HUD. The Annual Plan provides details about the Housing Authority’s programs, the resident population served, the strategies for addressing the housing needs of families currently housed, as well as the community at large.

The revisions to the Annual Plan will be available for review beginning Thursday, February 17, 2022.   Hard copies may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority, located at 924 Third Avenue, Reidsville, NC 27320. The office is open 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 - 5:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday. Copies may also be obtained from the agency’s website at tinyurl.com/rha2022phaplandraft.

 

A Public Hearing to receive additional comments regarding the proposed amendments will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the address provided. Although anyone may attend the meeting, the offices of the Authority are presently closed to the public.  The meeting will be held via Zoom.
